In the Supreme Court today Justice Adolph Lucas ordered that two accounts related to the Target Data Pro investigation remain frozen. US$27,000 in an account belonging to Generic Limited at Provident Bank and Trust and another $89,000 for Target Data Pro at Atlantic Bank were frozen. Attorney Dean Barrow however successfully argued against any action on the account of Pegasus Resources and its US$1.9 million at Atlantic Bank. Justice Lucas ruled that he didn't see any connection between Pegasus and the alleged irregularities at Target. The crown alleges that Jerry McDermott who is the Director of Pegasus is also on record as the Director of Generic Limited but dean barrow who is his attorney argued that is simply hearsay since prosecutors offered no concrete proof.
