Two Youths Jailed for Sexual Assault of Minor

Two youths are in jail tonight for having sexual relations with an underage girl. Police say both 18?year?old Ian Phillips and 21 year old Clive Hyde Jr. had sex with the 14 year old victim on separate occasions. The girl is under the legal age of consent so today in Magistrate's Court both were charged separately for unlawful carnal knowledge. Hyde allegedly had sex with the girl only yesterday while the incident with Phillips dates back to between January and July of this year. Magistrate Margaret Gabb?McKenzie remanded both accused young men until August 31st.
