A man is in the KHMH recovering from massive wounds to both his arms and face after being brutally chopped this weekend. And while he's lucky to still have his eyesight and will only have limited use of his hands for some time. He says the incident is regrettable because it was all about a mere 50 dollars and a nationality document:

Presently police do not have anyone detained for chopping Jose Santos Hernandez.
