Accused Bike Thief Arrested

19-year-old Emerson Young has been charged for stealing a bike at gunpoint. A fourteen-year-old told police that he was riding home on Monday night around nine, but when he reached McKay Street in the St. Martin's De Porres area, two men strode up to him, and one of them pulled out a handgun. The other then took away his beach cruiser. Police worked swiftly to recover the bicycle and nineteen year old Young has been charged for robbery while his gun toting accomplice is still being sought.
