Presently, a generator has been brought to the scene to provide some light for forensic officer Dr. Mario Estradabran as he performs an on site post mortem. Just a few minutes ago, our team spoke with the Commander of the Crimes Investigation Branch, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Chester Williams said he could not conclude that there was foul play.
ASP Chester Williams,
"What I can say is that sometime after 5 pm this evening we received the call which brought us to this house where we discovered the body of Oscar Velasquez who was reported missing since Monday by his mother."

Can you tell us if you guys suspect foul play at this moment?
ASP Chester Williams,
"At this point in time its too early in our investigations to say whether or not we suspect foul play. The doctor is presently performing the post mortem. At the conclusion of his examination, we will be able to determine whether or not foul play is suspected. However if foul play is suspected I can assure the public that our officers will be doing everything that we can do in order to solve this crime."
According to unofficial information at the scene, the child's hands were tied with rope and there was a tying wire seen around his neck. Reports just in say that oscar's father Jorge Velasquez has just arrived on the scene with a casket for his son. A crowd of neighbors and spectators remain on the scene and so does our team and we'll have more in tomorrow's newscast.
