Cecil Martin was just one of the many residents who have been searching for the little boy and were this evening surprised by the news of his discovery. He told us this small community is disappointed.
Cecil Martin, Neighbor
"We feel real disappointed man because we didn't expect something like this would happen in our neighborhood so close to us and that is a boy who see everyday; children who born and grow 'round us and we know him. We never expected it to happen so close to us. We didn't believe the body would be so close to us."
Keith Swift,
How will this change how you handle your kids?
Cecil Martin,
"I will keep them in and keep a close eye on them. Anybody I see in the neighborhood that is not living here, will have to give a reason why they are around here."
Roy Pitter, Area Resident
"We never believed we would have find him like this check. We thought we would find alive and thing, we want the police do a full investigation and find the right person."
Due to the advanced state of decomposition, a post mortem is presently being conducted and the body has not yet been moved.
