Maya Mopan Madman Charged

Police have charged two persons in separate killings in the western part of the country.

Today police took 48 year old Epifanio Guerra to Magistrate's Court in Belmopan where he was formally arraigned for the charges of murder, rape and keeping firearm and ammunition without a license. Guerra was charged after the killing of Lionel Hernando Noralez and the rape of his 27-year-old wife which occurred on Monday morning at their farm outside of Maya Mopan Village.
