Prisoner Escapes from Kolbe

There is a manhunt on tonight in the Hattieville area for a prisoner who escaped from the Central Prison between last night and early this morning. A prison guard discovered 27-year-old Owen Parham missing around 7 am this morning. Parham was not in the tango one section where he was housed and a check of the grounds came up empty.

Parham was serving a 2 year and 11 month sentence for a handling stolen goods conviction. He is of East Indian descent and is described as brown skinned, 5 feet and 8 inches in height, and weighing about 141 pounds with a low haircut.

Police have all points bulletin out tonight for Owen Parham. Parham is originally from Elridgeville in Toledo.

Owen Parham has since been recaptured in the Hattieville Area.
