Dennis Gabourel GUILTY of Rape

Tonight taxi-man Dennis Gabourel is a convicted rapist. The verdict came in around 7:30 on Friday night and he was found guilty of rape, indecent assault, and grievous harm. Gabourel was charged for the September 2003 rape of his ex-girlfriend. She says he took her to the Hangar Area and raped her. She claims the next morning he showed up at her door and raped her again after brutalizing her. The jury found Gabourel not guilty of the second rape but did convict him for brutalizing his victim. The indecent assault charge is for molesting his rape victim's teenager daughter. Gabourel could face life in prison at his sentencing.
