On October 21st. Of 2004, Lincoln Robinson got into a gunfight with police as he ran across the compound of Queen's Square Anglican school on Dolphin Street. Police shot him on the compound, as hundreds of school children were on break. Robinson was shot in the leg, and was charged with making a threat of death, aggravated assault, discharging a firearm in public, possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
Yesterday he appeared in Magistrate's Court where he was sentenced to 5 years for aggravated assault. He was additionally fined $20,000 for the illegal firearm and ammunition, and $200 more for discharging a firearm in public.
