Novelo's Employee Busted for Theft

A 20-year-old employee of Novelo's Bus Company has been detained after cash believed to have been stolen from the company was found at his home. An office assistant reported to police that between 7 pm of Sunday November 6th and 3 on Monday morning the Novelo's office on Collet Canal was burglarized. They broke into a safe and stole about $12,000. Police investigations led to the 20 year old employee in whose home they found $3,244. He could not account for the money and was taken into custody.
