And while police were quick to make arrests for the Sales Tax burglary so too did they make an arrest on a robbery at Leslie's Block Factory. Sometime around 12:15 on Wednesday Judith Arnold the accountant for the block factory at mile 3 on the Western Highway reported to police that whilst in the office in the company of another employee two men entered the establishment. The two wore stockings over their heads and one of them brandished a 9 millimeter gun. Arnold says the man cranked the firearm and ordered her to hand over the money. As she did the men quickly made a getaway. But their run was short lived as they were caught shortly thereafter by police.
