Tonight 23-year-old Taedron Bennett will spend his first night in a jail cell at the Hattieville Prison. Bennett's been officially wanted for questioning since Sunday morning after the double murder of brothers Kevin and Phillip Brannon in front of their Albert Street West home. He surrendered to police yesterday in the company of his attorney Simeon Sampson.
Bennett joins 25-year-old Ricky Aguilar and 27-year-old Joseph Kee who were arraigned on Wednesday. All three are charged with two counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, four counts of conspiracy to commit murder, two counts of dangerous harm and two counts of use of deadly means of harm. They are remanded and will reappear in court on June 16th.
