Three police constables have already been charged and today a fourth man, this one a disc jockey, was arraigned for allegedly having sex with the same underage girl. This morning in Magistrate's Court 20-year-old Peter Chi was charged with unlawful carnal knowledge for allegedly engaging in sexual relations with the then fourteen year old girl on several occasions between October and November of 2005. No plea was taken and Chi was granted and met bail $5,000 plus one surety in the same amount. He reappears in court on 27th July.
Chi now joins police constables Gilroy Usher Jr., Elton Eligio, and Jerry Usher who were all charged in April for separate counts of engaging in unlawful sexual relations with the same girl. All three constables are out on bail.
