Police have made a second arrest for Monday evening's murder of fisherman Noel Barrow. On Wednesday Leonardo Casanova was charged for murder and today Delford Slusher was also arraigned on a charge of murder. Police investigators have said that Slusher was the triggerman.
Noel Barrow was shot multiple times in his head in the Conch Shell Bay area.
In news about the week's other major shooting, police have confirmed that they have impounded the green tinted car used in Sunday night's shooting spree along with two suspects. Oscar "Negro" Westby was killed in front of his home on West Street while his friends Haydon Willoughby and Clive Arnold were also shot.
