Will Cheryl Lynn Branker-Taitt Be the Next DPP?

Director of Public Prosecutions Kirk Anderson will leave his post at the end of this month and the question now is who will replace him. Well, according to an article in this week's Belize Times - Anderson will be replaced by Cheryl Lynn Branker-Taitt. Branker-Taitt is a former crown counsel and is currently the police's legal advisor. Being very cagey, Branker-Taitt today told us that the report in the paper is news to her.
