His death was cruel but police aren't quite sure how Alford Parham died. Parham's body was found last night on the side Of the western highway between miles 35 and 36. Parham had Severe injuries to his head. Police suspect Parham may have either fallen from a vehicle or was possibly run over. Parham was last seen alive in Belize City around 6 pm apparently seriously intoxicated.
