Police say two teenagers killed a 20-year-old Cruz Sho in Ladyville on Thursday and burglary was the motive. Police have arrested two teenage boys and are seeking a third for Thursday afternoon's murder of a Ladyville housewife.
The suspects are 19-year-old Ryan Herrera and 17 year old Ervin Franklin. Police have also issued an arrest warrant for Ervin's older brother Linsdale Franklin. All three will be jointly charged for the murder of Cruz Sho.
Sho was stabbed, tied up, and left for dead inside her home on Old Well Road in Ladyville on Thursday afternoon. Police believe the motive was robbery.
Ryan Herrera and Ervin Franklin appeared before a Magistrate today to be arraigned but it was postponed because since he is only 17, Ervin Franklin needed a parent or guardian present at his arraignment. His mother will be present in court tomorrow morning.
