A man in Independence Village was chopped in his head on Saturday night. He told police he doesn't know why he was chopped but knows who did it. Well now, police have found man; he is 36-year-old Pascual Turcios and he has been charged for wounding.
The alleged victim is 29-year-old Honduran national Wilmer Humberto Aguilar. He was chopped around 10:30 on Saturday night inside a village bar. Both men are from Bella Vista Village.
