Three men were shot as they stood near a Chinese store on West Canal on Sunday night. According to eyewitnesses, at about 7:30, a young man rode past on a bicycle and just opened fire. And today, police charged 20-year-old messenger Ashley Zuniga for the crime. He was slapped with three counts of attempted murder, 3 counts of dangerous harm and 3 counts of use of deadly means of harm. He was denied bail and remanded to the 24th September.
