He's been an outspoken student rights and political activist and UB student government President Moses Sulph says that has made him a target. Sulph told us that since January, he has been assaulted 4 times - 2 of those assaults happened within the last week. He thinks that the assaults are politically motivated.

Moses Sulph,
"I was harassed, I was assaulted and also I was verbally threatened that I would be eliminated before this year is out and this is not my country and I will be deported back to my country."

Keith Swift,
Why do you believe these attacks are politically motivated?

Moses Sulph,
"I believe it is due to the fact that I have been very outspoken against the issues that are affecting the country and it is only this government who is responsible for those issues and all those people coming at me are people who are saying this government will get rid of me and this sort of thing. They are the ones who actually made this statement about the government so what else can I think?"

Sulph says he isn't afraid for his life but is concerned and will be cautious.
