On Monday you saw James Suazo wield a chainsaw like he was trying out for the lead role in the Texas chainsaw massacre but today he was playing it closer to “behind these prison walls.” After being charged yesterday, Suazo was taken to Magistrate’s Court today where he was arraigned on 5 counts of aggravated assault against 5 police officers, namely Senior Superintendent Chester Williams, Corporals Chris Noble and Darrell Usher, and Constables Eligio and Griffith. A load of charges and Suazo was granted bail of $2,000 and a surety of the same amount. His case was adjourned until January 18th.
Another UDP supporter, Goldburn Adolphus had been charged with two counts of obstruction and was bailed for $600.
