45 year old Glen Miller won't be home for Christmas tomorrow or for the next two Christmases. Today Miller appeared in court charged for the theft of 2 crates of pint bottles from a residence on Sunrise Avenue on Friday afternoon. He was caught in the act and this morning he pleaded guilty when he appeared in Magistrate's Court. Magistrate Roberto Ordonez sentenced Miller to 2 years in jail. That would have been the end of the story but it wasn't, because Miller told the court his name was Chester, not Glen.

The Magistrate got word of it and Miller was pulled in front of the court again where he confirmed that his name was indeed Glen Miller and not Chester Miller. For his dishonesty, Magistrate Ordonez slapped on one more year, sentencing Miller to three years instead of two.
