He's the second in charge of Eastern Division, but on Saturday Senior Superintendent Chester Williams put the khaki's in the closet, donned his plain clothes and went out to a party. But it's not any old party - it's his personal children's party hosted at the Yabra Community Center. 100 children were fed, served by Williams himself and received gifts. He told us why he did it.

Sr. Supt. Chester Williams,
"As a child growing up I didn't know what was Christmas. My mother struggled to raise seven of us and I think that since I am now grown and I am working and I can afford to have some thing for some kids, that it is best to put a smile on someone's face, especially during the time of Christmas. I think that they kids will feel much appreciated seeing that someone like me is helping them out and showing them that it is not only about a show of force but also a show of peace."
