Second Suspect Charged for Gas Tomza Robbery

Police have charged a second suspect for last month’s armed holdup of a gas depot on the Northern Highway. 20 year old Albert Clother was today charged with three counts of robbery and three counts of conspiracy to commit robbery. Clother joins 22 year old Karl Heusner Jr. The two are accused of entering the office of Gas Tomza on New Year’s Eve. Employees say two men entered the back door of the store, and, at gunpoint, snatched up over three thousand dollars in cash. Heusner was picked up first and police recovered $705 on him. Clother was arrested yesterday. He joins Heusner in jail as both have been remanded without bail until January 25th.
