If you are able to recognize this man, twenty-year-old Dennis McKoy then you just maybe one of the many victims that the authorities need to solve their case. Belize City police say McKoy is responsible for a number of robberies that took place across the country between December 2007 and January 2008. On Saturday, authorities nabbed McKoy following a couple of reported incidents. The most recent crime occurred last Thursday in Ladyville. Since McKoy's arrest, the jewelry thief has been linked to several robberies that extend as far south as Dangriga. Police also found McKoy in possession of a number of gold pieces including chains and exclavas. According to the officer in charge of Crimes Investigation Branch Superintendent Aaron Guzman they are appealing to anyone who suspects they were hit by McKoy to visit the Queen Street Police Station to view the recovered jewelry.

"CIB has charged Dennis McKoy with three counts of robbery and for three different occasions. One being the robbery that occurred in Ladyville that was Thursday evening sometime between 6 and 7 and we have charged him for two previous robberies in Belize City. We are asking that if anyone believes that they might have been the victim of a robbery committed by Mr. McKoy that they should come into CIB and speak to us so that we can appraise them of what we have. Also Mr. McKoy is wanted for questioning in Dangriga and in San Pedro."

According to police, Dennis McKoy has been positively identified as the culprit in two of the robberies.
