21 year old Marvin Bradley was allegedly caught on camera on Sunday when he held up a Chinese grocer at gunpoint. But police say that’s not all he’s done. Today he was charged for the murder of 26 year old Christino Madrill which happened on April 21st. Investigators say that when they were investigating Sunday’s robbery, they discovered evidence which positively linked Bradley to the Madrill killing.
This afternoon, Bradley appeared before Senior Magistrate Dorothy Flowers to have the one count of murder read to him. He was remanded into custody until July 9. He’s expected back in court tomorrow along with his accomplice in the Garden Store hold-up Stephen Chuc where they will answer to robbery charges. Marvin Bradley will also be charged for the aggravated assault of Rufino Alvarado – the fearless machete wielding man who braved the barrel of a loaded gun to subdue the armed gunman.
