A mother of two made a disturbing discovery in a dump site off Holy Emmanuel Avenue in Lake Independence yesterday morning. 24 year old Sonia Pineda says she was digging through the garbage and came across a foetus. Pineda stumbled on the foetus wrapped in a towel and concealed under a raincoat. Police say the foetus was 22 weeks along.
