No arrests have been made after yesterday’s mayhem on Princess Margaret Drive. As we reported two men who were trying to escape from a robbery, were rear ended by a civilian who was making sure they didn’t get away. But they did, jumping out of the crashed car and taking a man hostage. He is 40 year old Sheng Wang Chen, a father who was picking up his child at Belize Elementary.
He told police that he heard two gunshots and saw a dark complexion male person in front of him pointing a small hand gun towards his direction. The man entered his car and ordered him to drive towards Central American Blvd into an area on Raccoon Street, then exited his car and escaped. Chen was left to go about his business. Police are investigating, but no one has been charged. They do however know who their suspects are.
