Police say they now have the two men who robbed and then duct taped the mouths of staffers at Discovery Expedition during a robbery last week. Today 21 year old Jerome Wade was slapped with six counts of robbery. He joins 23 year old Jason Orlando Gentle who was similar charged on Tuesday.
Police allege that a man known to the staff – appeared at the door and so they opened the door. But he didn’t enter – instead it was allegedly wade and gentle with disguise over their faces. They pulled out guns and held all the employees at gunpoint. They then stole everyone’s cell phones, jewelry, and cash in addition to $4,000 from the office. They stole over $10,000 in cash and personal items. For good measure, before leaving they duct taped the mouth of all six employees who were in the office. The men then fled.
Wade and Gentle pled not guilty and were remanded to jail until March 17th.
