A man was found dead inside his home on Freetown Road this morning. He was in an advanced state of decomposition and is believed to have died quietly some time ago. Foul play is not involved but it is still a sad loss for his family. A family member told us when they became aware of the body of 66 year old Cattouse.
Family Member,
“Basically he was a loner. If you notice he was found just inside his house alone. He normally keeps things to himself and don’t really associate with anyone. Basically that is how he goes day to day.”

How did you find out about what happened to him?
Family Member,
“Well I just got a call this morning from one of my cousins who is also one of his uncles but from a different family side and we came over and noticed that the police had to break open the place and find him inside.”

At this time do you think this may be due to natural causes, he may have been sick or do you think something else may have happened to him?
Family Member,
“He had never complained about any kind of sickness. As far as I know he had been a healthy person throughout the time. I just think it is a natural cause, basically maybe it is time. That is how I see it.”
