Have you seen this man? Orange Walk Police say he is responsible for withdrawing twenty three thousand dollars from another man’s bank account. Dr. Marco Deville reported to Orange Walk Police that he went to the United States between July and August of 2008 leaving Francis Cadle in charge of his home in the Nuevo Palmar area. A solid six months passed and then one week ago, on Friday the 13th of February Deville claims he noticed that his Belize Bank debit card had been stolen from his personal belongings inside his room.
And when he went to check at the bank, he found that twenty three thousand dollars had been withdrawn from his account. Withdrawals began in early December and continued right up until early this month. And cross referencing the account activity with the ATM’s video recorder, police have come up with the image of the man they believe is responsible. They are asking the public to help them identify this person who allegedly made the withdrawals. If you have information, you are asked to call the nearest police station. Late reports say one man has been detained.
