A teenager is in stable condition tonight, recovering form surgery after he was shot in his hand last night. Just before 9:00 last night, 16 year old Steve Gonzalez and 17 year old Shevon Torres were standing on Kraal Road when two men on bicycles rode by and opened fire on another man who was passing by. They missed him but caught the young men. One was treated and released and the other is recovering from a bullet wound to his forearm.
