Two men were taken to court today charged for yesterday’s torture and murder of Alberto Allen. 18 year old Warren Lewis and 20 year old Cordell Flores were intercepted by police yesterday on a routine check by a police mobile. But what the police found was anything but routine – in fact, it led to one of the ugliest crime scenes they’ve encountered recently. Here’s more.

You are looking at the pictures of Warren Lewis and Cordel Flores the two men police say conspired and murdered twenty two year old Albert Braddick Allen. The accused were found inside this Toyota Corolla car with Cayo license plate number CY-C19271. Both were caught during a routine police mobile patrol in the Port Loyola area. When police intercepted the vehicle, the car was still covered with what is suspected to be the same red dirt that came from the off road by mile three on the Western Highway, where it is believed Albert Allen
was tortured and killed on Tuesday morning.
According to reports, when police observed the accused inside the vehicle one of them still had fresh blood on his hands. Also inside the car police found a three eighty pistol. According to the victim’s aunt Yolanda Allen she is certain that her nephew was kidnapped and then taken to the location and killed. The victim’s family describe Warren Lewis and Cordell Flores as cold bloody murderers because they are accused of not only shooting Albert Allen in his lower back but he had a stick jammed down his throat and there were multiple stab wounds to his head, face and a cut wound across the throat.
Today Warren Lewis and Cordell Flores were charged with conspiracy to commit murder, murder and keeping an unlicensed firearm. Yolanda Allen says she has now lost two of her nephews Albert Allen and Alfred Tillet both she strongly believed were killed in an act of revenge for the 2006 murder of twenty five year old Bruce Cocom.

“It is a revenge because my nephew came and told me that he had beef with people and I know he had a beef with the old past because the next dead from the old past. The other one died from the old past and he told me he had a little misunderstanding with certain persons but I asked him what but he didn’t give me the information, he said auntie just cool.
I know it is a revenge which they did with him but not even the law, not even God could witness everything.”

“But revenge for what Yolanda, was he involved in a murder?”
Yolanda Allen,
“Right he is cool, he was cool. He didn’t even have a problem with nobody. It is only a murder that he and nephew that die that happened in the past.”

“How long ago?"
Yolanda Allen,
"That was more than two to three years that done past but he told me the other day when he came here, he said ‘auntie I have a lil beef with some friend, with somebody,’ but he slept inside of my house that same night when that thing happened and he told me he had a beef. I made him and his two next brother sleep in my room on my bed that same night when he told me.”
On January eighteenth 2006 Albert Allen and Alfred Tillett were charged for the murder and remanded to Hattieville prison. But both were later freed from the murder charge. Three months later in January of 2008 Alfred Tillett better known Alfred Allen was killed. One year and eight months later his cousin Albert Allen is murdered. While Yolanda Allen is convinced both homicides are connected to the murder of Bruce Cocom, police would only tell 7News that they have no motive at this time.
One other possible theory that sources are suggesting to us is that Allen may have been a witness to a murder – and it is possible that he was killed so that the case would fall apart in court and the accused person would get off on the charge. Warren Lewis and Cordell Flowers have been remanded to the Hattieville Prison.
