Belmopan Teen Charged for Sodomy

Belmopan Police have released a 16 year old teenaged male from Armenia village who was accused of committing an un-natural crime. That’s after a 13 year old boy reported to police that the older boy – who is his neighbour - twice sodomized him in an abandoned lot behind the village’s Pentecostal Church. In the presence of his mother, the boy said that it happened in November of last year and then again in March of this year. But the doctor’s examination did not confirm that he had been sodomized and so Belmopan police have put together a case file and sent it to the DPP for further instruction.
