Buckley Family: No Deal With Police

Steven Buckley is still in a critical condition at the KHMH and we can report tonight that he has made little progress as he has started to move his right hand; previously he could only move his left hand. It's a small but encouraging gain for the family, who is still very concerned about his condition as he is not speaking and has lost an eye.

And we can report tonight that his family hasn't signed any agreement with the Police. Police press officer, Fitzroy Yearwood, told us and them that the police would sign an agreement with them.

Buckley's wife this evening told us that no agreement has been forthcoming and even so she has decided to take legal advice before any agreement is signed.
