In police news, there was a chopping earlier this week in Belmopan. At 10PM, police visited the residence of Marcelino Cal, where 23 year old Sebastian Ico was seen suffering from a large cut wound to the back of the right shoulder and to the left rib cage. Police say he was chopped on Tuesday night on Panama Street Area.

There is another chopping involving a 19-year-old being reported in Roaring Creek. It happened from Sunday night and was reportedly an act of retaliation between rival groups. Even though the family says their teenaged relative had his head split open, Police say they have no such report. We'll keep following up on that one.
