Thirty nine year old American businessman, Bradford Bryant was about to leave the country, but he's in jail tonight, after the police busted him yesterday morning at the airport with Five rounds of "300 Winchester Magnum" ammunition which is a cartridge for big game hunting and long-range shooting. He was charged with keeping ammunition without a gun license when he appeared today in the number four Magistrate's court. Bryant pleaded not guilty to the charge. Magistrate Aretha Ford explained to him that the court cannot offer him bail because of the nature of the offence. She remanded him into custody until June 14th.

The police reported that acting on information they received, they went to Phillip Goldson International Airport and conducted a search of Bryant's luggage which contained a black and blue box containing the ammunition. The box reported police was in the bottom compartment of one of his suitcases. Bryant, who resides in Georgia, was getting ready to board a Delta Airline flight to Atlanta, Georgia. He was taken into custody and charged. The ammunition was labeled as exhibit.
