And while that bust was made on the northside, police also made a major bust on the southside. It happened in the Simmon's Alley area off Regent street, where police followed MARLON BUDRAN as he walked past a surveillance vehicle. BUDRAN stepped into a white 3-storey building at #56 Regent Street, proceeded to the third floor and left shortly after. Police then went to the area, heard talking coming from a room, shouted "police" and ordered the occupants to open the door, but got no response. Eventually, CLIFTON FLORES opened the door where police found SAID PIKE and KAREEM HUESNER.

Police searched the room and found a pair of rubber boots in the bathroom. The found pistols inside both boots: The left boot concealed a silver and black Sig Sauer 9mm pistol with 12 live rounds of ammunition while the right foot concealed a black CZ 9mm pistol with (7) live rounds of ammunition.

BUDRAN returned and told police that the room was being rented by his common-law-wife BRIDGET WHITE, who was working at the Fort Street Tourism Village. All five persons and the firearms were taken to the Queen Street Police Station where they are detained pending charges.

Police believe that both firearms were stolen in separate robberies in Belize City.
