Police have charged a man for shooting 41 year old Denfield Carr in the rear end. Carr was shot as he slept under a house on Wagner's Lane last week Wedensday.
Police say that 32 year old Jermaine Arnold fired three to four shots at Carr. Carr started running after Arnold allegedly threw a red gallon bottle at the stairs of the house Carr was sleeping under and caused it to catch fire.
Carr positively identified Arnold in an ID parade. Arnold was arraigned today for attempted murder, dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm.
Because of the nature of the offences, he was remanded until March 21st.
Just last Friday Arnold pleaded guilty to threatening to kill his girlfriend. He pleaded guilty to that one and said that he threatened to kill her because he caught her in bed with another man….
