Last week, we told you about a 3 year old who was viciously bitten by neighbor's dog. Well, no one has been charged for that, but Today in court a man was charged because his dog bit a passerby.
Thirty six year old Dr. Raymon Silvio, whose brown dog allegedly bit 20 year old Renecia Diego, was charged with having an un muzzled dog when he appeared today in Magistrate's Court.
Dr. Silvio pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was released on a bail of five hundred dollars and his case was adjourned until March 14. The incident occurred on January 24.
Ms. Diego, who resides at 5547 Leslie Street, reported to the police that when she was passing Dr. Silvio's residence on Leslie Street with her baby, she was attacked by the Doctor's dog. She said Dr. Silvio and his wife watched while the dog attacked her and Dr. Silvio did not call off the dog until the dog bit her on her leg.
