Police say they have caught a BDF soldier with a stash of marijuana. On Sunday the Anti-Drugs Unit was conducting a vehicle checkpoint at Mile 31 on the Western Highway, where they searched a bus.
They searched BDF soldier MARIO NORALEZ's knapsack and found 134grams of Cannabis. Noralez was formally arrested and charged for Drug Trafficking.
The Crimes intelligence unit also conducted an operation in Hattieville over the weekend where they found 200 small marijuana plants measuring about 3 to 5 inches and a bag containing cannabis seeds in an abandoned area.
