Yesterday we told you about 6 adults and three minors who were arrested when police found four cartridges under a house at 76 Neal's Pen Road. Everyone was remanded because of it.
Well, 18 year old John Fuller tried to plead guilty so that everyone would not have to face that fate. But he hadn't even been charged, so Magistrate Aretha Ford told him that he could not plea guilty.
Frustrated, fuller stormed out of the court room and went into the corridor where he broke three glass louvers. He had to be restrained by a police constable who is a court orderly.
And so today, he did get a chance to plea guilty, this time to damage to government property, specifically, the three glass louvers. He was find three hundred dollars.
Fuller was given until August fifth to pay the fine but was taken into custody for charges pending against him.
Of note is that Alrick Oliveira who was remanded yesterday had also tried to plead guilty but his plea was also not accepted.
