'Drops' Daughter Gets Off

It was huge news in April when well-known friend of the UDP James Raindrops Swan, and his family were arrested by the GSU for drug possession and firearm related charges.

Well the charge against Raindrops was already dismissed and now the charge of drug trafficking against his daughter has suffered the same fate. IT was dismissed today in the #5 Magistrate's Court for want of prosecution.

She was charged for 175 grams of cannabis allegedly found in her bedroom in a home search on the morning of April 18th. The case was set for trial today but the prosecution was unable to proceed.
