And while the "Insurers" were giving to a needy cause today, last night in the city, everyone was being asked to give it up to Trick Or Treaters.

As evening fell, the city was swarmed with the young and not so young in costumes of all types: imported, home-made and improvised. They chanted "Trick or Treat" but in many areas, it got a lot wilder and scarier than that. We were riding about - and through the camera's lens, it looked almost like a horror movie! We leave you with our humorous take on that tonight.
