Twenty year old Linsford Baldwin, a resident of Ebony Street who was found with a pen gun, was sentenced to 5 years today by senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser after he pleaded guilty to kept firearm without a gun license. Baldwin was given the minimum sentence. The maximum is 10 years.
Around 12:15a.m on Sunday, November 20 police were on patrol on Princess Margaret Drive when they saw Baldwin in front of Caesar's Palace acting suspiciously.
They stopped him and found a black pen gun without any serial number in the waist of his pants. Baldwin said he found the gun on the street.
