Kevin Lara AKA "DJ Motion"
"First of all, Jemoth basically came and he said that he heard that I have some items, which I told them that I had nothing. The man said the heard that a radio at my house. I told him yes, there was a radio at my house that I already bought. He asked me to take him to my house and show him the radio. So, I took them to the house, they got a radio, and that's basically what they got from me. The took my back to the police station, and Jemoth started reading out all kinds of missing stuff from a house near Honey Bee's. He asked me about the location of all the items, to which I said that I didn't know. He kept asking me about these items, and he kept asking me about some stuff. I told him again that I didn't know, and they took me downstairs to cell. In the night they brought me back upstairs - they had me from Monday - they've been calling me back upstairs, and asking me the same questions. They took me to a room and told me that they were going to beat the items out of me, and that I must talk. I kept telling them that I didn't know. Jemoth told me that he would pin everything on me."

The items that were stolen from Kent Morris included assorted clothing, a cellphone, a flat screen television, and other assorted electronic device. The items stolen from Honey Bees club on Coney Drive included assorted liquor, assorted soft drinks and one stereo system. His case was adjourned until January 16.
