26 Year old Ian Allen, a deportee who is a member of the Black P Stone Gang in Los Angeles, was fined $200 dollars when he today pleaded guilty to professing to be a gang affiliate.
He has to pay by the end of this month or he will serve two months in jail. He was detained on November 8 for having a Black P Stone Tattoo on his chest.
Allen said he got the tattoo a long time ago when he was a teenager.
He was deported in May of 2009 after he served time for a conviction on drug trafficking.
