ACP JOSEPH MYVETTE, OC - HNCIB
"On the 24th of December police were called to a street in Sarteneja village where they observed one Braulio Villamill 25 years, Edrill Verde, 17 years and Odalis Mora, 20 years, all with injuries, they also observed two motorcycles on he street. What the police know so far is that Braulio Villamill was traveling form a south to north direction on the street while he was accompanied by Verde, whilst Odalis Mora was travelling in an opposite direction on a separate motorcycle. The investigation has shown so far that Villamill veered from a pond of water that was in the middle of the street into the oncoming riders lane which seemingly caused the accident. As a result, they were all transported to the Northern Regional Hospital where Braulio Villamil succumbed to his injuries."
