Another robbery happened on Monday, this time in Belmopan. 34-year-old Jessie Martinez reported to police that around 2:30 that afternoon, she was standing in front of her office door at SEBI with another woman when an armed man approached them and pointed a gun at the woman, ordering her to open the door. Martinez opened the door and the gunman entered with another robber. They both demanded money, which Martinez handed over. The robbers then made their escape with the undisclosed amount of cash.
